Amy Klitscher is a Byron Bay–based Nutrition Chef and Culinary Coach, and the founder of Harvest & Heal.

With over a decade of experience across New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific Islands, she specialises in creating vibrant, seasonal wholefood menus designed to support gut health, energy, vitality and overall wellbeing.

At the retreat, Amy will be providing all meals—thoughtfully curated to nourish both body and mind. Her approach to food is grounded in the belief that what we eat can be a powerful tool for healing, balance, and happiness.

What does the reset include?

Morning Routine

Our morning routine helps you to win the day with tailored nutritional plans, early-morning wakefulness to align with circadian biology, nervous system recovery and space to reflect & focus on your reset with grounding & reflective practice.

Restorative Experiences

Optional breathwork, massage, magnesium hot-tub soak & facials are included in our program to ensure the reset is a restorative experience for your mind and body. You can choose the experiences that you suit your reset best.

Immersive Adventures

Spend the afternoon relaxing on site, or join us for an optional extra like a swimming with turtles on Cook Island, hiking behind a waterfall at Springbrook National Park or kayaking with marine life on Cudgen Creek.

Physical 

Our instructor led physical activities allow you to move at your own pace & ability. They are designed to prioritise brain-body integration by engaging sensorimotor integration pathways and hemisphere synchronisation. 

Reflection & Reset

We build structured time each day to reflect on your vision, develop mindset techniques, discuss Meta-Performance & ensure implementation of real-life change. We don't ban devices, we encourage you to reset how you engage with them to shape the life you want.
